There are plenty of radios (especially in some of the out-of service cab cars), but there is a shortage of staff to fix or install radios.

A few cab cars have been without radios for over three months.

Train operators each have a portable walkie-talkie and can listen in on the progress of the incident (and keep passengers updated). But, if there is no cab radio, then they use their portable to keep in contact with central, and have less info for passengers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17347513.post-1156558640284474202006-08-25T19:17:00.000-07:002006-08-25T19:17:00.000-07:00razor blades are cheaper and do not hold up the co...razor blades are cheaper and do not hold up the commute, just remember cut up not across....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17347513.post-1156548069868549452006-08-25T16:21:00.000-07:002006-08-25T16:21:00.000-07:00I heard it was a suicide attempt, but she lived.I heard it was a suicide attempt, but she lived.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
