Another great use of funding by BART management.

Awarding an "energy efficiency" contract to a company run by former Black Muslim Bakery associate. Is there really no other company in the Bay Rea that offers more experience and credibility in energy to upgrade BART's energy system? Especially when the "company" has already been tied to questionable projects under public scrutiny

Ridiculous.

LOL the unions tried to expose the waste, but no, public was in managements pocket during contracts. Management makes horrible decisions and takes from the workers and takes from the riders, then gets the riders against the workers with half truths. Amazing how gullible the public can be. Anyway people don't whine about the decisions the people YOU elected and YOU support. Maybe the residents need to actually pay attention to the people they elect. Usually the public supports the working class, but this time the corporate management got the green light.

Anonymous 1, you, obviously, is a union member. We will have to take what you said with a big grain of salt. That aside, granting a high tech contract to a such a mediocre organization is nothing more than appeasing a section of the population; it is a no-back-bone decision made by an incompetent entity called BART. There are too many lies and misinformation from all sides with the public caught in between. But so what is new? Crows are black all over the world.

Wow BART and Muni really must be cousins because they seem to make the same of stupid and hard to understand decisions. I really hate the fact that you keep raising the fares every couple of months. It's a bunch of crap when you say why. I have ceased to believe what anyone says anymore. It's one crooked organization after another lying to us all. Just remember you may think people are dumb, but piss them off and you will be in a world of hurt when people do things like boycott you. Be very careful about what you do because when your revenue starts going south because people have chosen other modes of transportation I want to see you then. Of course it won't be en masse but significant enough (i.e. the near BART strike kind of angry people.)
