New Survey Question: Do you believe BART cares about passenger satisfaction?
I'll tell you how I voted: No. They say they do but when it comes down to it, passengers considerations rank very low on their priorities based on their action and votes.

I have never met a surlier and more entitled pack of public employees in my life.
Bart employees need to get their act together or I'm coming for their job! They get paid well for easy work. Any extra money that Bart has should go towards reaching those nasty cars. This is one rider that does not sympathize with the employees.
